This newer tiny home built in 2021is the least expensive in Encinitas or Carlsbad and is in Trailer Rancho which is an all-age and wonderful park being revitalized with new tiny homes. Nextdoor is a beautiful public park where you will see locals enjoying the playground, basketball court, skate area, sand volleyball court and large grassy area and dogs are there enjoying it too. The owner must live in the property this cannot be rented, rent is $1600 but should be confirmed with management. Utilities are extra and minimal.
