Great Unit! Has a nice-sized main bedroom with built-in features like lighting, closets, and a Bureau. You can walk around the bed which is not always possible in park models. The bathroom is full size and a real bathroom not a trailer type. The kitchen has an island you can turn any way you wan,t also has seating with it. Appliances are full-size and has plenty of cabinets for storage. The living with tv and large sectional make a comfy lounge area. The loft has two queen-sized beds and is accessible by steps. The outside deck offers more seating area with the furniture staying . Shed is also staying. sliders lead to the livingroom while back door leads to bathroom and bedrooms. The hot water heater has been replaced with an insta hot water unit, never run out of hot water again. The season has been paid for you so all you really need is you bathing suit and a take out menu! Cheaper than rent on the island and you own a nice place.
