It is 1,537 sqft made of mostly stone and is believed to be one of the older homesteads in the area. The owner has had plans drawn up for the existing footprint that were once approved by the city, but have since expired, so it is possible to get this done. The plans can be given to the new owner upon closing if so desired. The garage has power with redone electrical, so you can use a generator. There is an outdoor shower with a dedicated water heater. As you shower, you can gaze up at the sky. The water is hauled onto the property as there is no public water source in this area of Yucca Valley for the time being.
