This beautiful property with house and barn is located in Port Crane NY near Binghamton. The Barn at Hunt Hill on 108 gorgeous acres has been a family treasure for over 80 years. The post and beam barn, dating back to circa Civil War, was taken down from a site approximately 15 miles away and painstakingly reassembled here in 1941 by the current owner's grandparents where it was used once again as a dairy barn to store hay and shelter cows. The home has been remodeled into two apartments, and the barn is used every winter as a storage rental area for a few cars and trailers. This income more than pays for maintenance and taxes. The forests have not been recently logged and they hold plenty of deer and turkey, as well as the marketable timber.
