There is off-street parking for 2-3 cars, outdoor shower and storage for beach chairs. 20 S Nashville has an excellent location just a block to the beach and boardwalk, close to restaurants (Japanese, Mexican, Italian, Kosher just to name a few), shopping and entertainment such as the Ventnor Movie Theater. Not to mention that Nashville Ave is just a short drive or bike ride to Ocean City, Margate and Atlantic City.
