Make your way to the 3rd floor for very large bedroom with king bed and a small bonus room ideal for an overnight visitor, yoga or exercise room or quiet work space. All rooms have individual central air units. On street parking, 2 beach badges, multiple SMART TVs, and wifi. Quiet housebroken dogs considered with pet rent. $2300 per week for July or August.
